In this video, I replace the rear differential bushes on my 2002 Mitsubishi Pajero 3.2 diesel. This is a common issue for older Pajeros, especially if you do off-roading, camping, or towing. Worn diff bushes can cause clunks, vibrations, and poor drivability. I decided to remove the diff completely to do the job properly and safely, and upgraded to SuperPro bushes for better durability and long-term reliability. 📍 Filmed at TW AutoTune – Dandenong 🔧 What’s covered in this video: • Removing rear CV shafts • Lowering the rear differential • Removing old diff bushes • Cleaning and preparation • Hydraulic press work • Installing SuperPro rear diff bush kit If you own a Mitsubishi Pajero, or you’re into 4WD builds and DIY maintenance, this video will help you understand the process and decide whether this upgrade is worth it. 👍 If you found this helpful, like, subscribe, and support Travelmore for more camping trips, off-road builds, and real-world 4WD content. 🚙 More adventures coming soon. #MitsubishiPajero #PajeroBuild #DiffBushes #4WDLife #OffRoadAustralia #SuperPro #DIY4WD #Travelmore
