Nothing beats salt encrusted BBQ fish slow cooked over hot coals. This beautiful Thai girl starts work early in the day catching or sourcing freshwater fish. She sets up her cart on the street market of Chiang Rai in Thailands north. Once the coals are hot and perfect she starts to cook. The fish are very popular and it's not long before she is sold out. The fish come with fresh green salad, herbs and a spicy sauce.
