Here is part 02 in a newly recorded version, because I got the information that the first version of part 02 was someway broken.... this part is on the rules on tax sovereignty and the restrictions of tax sovereignty, on how unlimited and limited tax liability in income and wealth taxation follow from these, and you also get confronted with the main classification of taxes (3 categories: income, wealth, consumption)
