Schlage BE365 deadbolt How to fix not locking or unlocking with code

In this video we are going to take a look at a problem a fair number of the Schlage BE365 Electronic Push Button locks have and that is the deadbolt not locking or unlocking after you input the code (or press the Schlage button) If you can hear the motor doing something AND it has a new battery AND it is installed correctly BUT when you put the code in and the light turns green but the knob just spins and doesn’t engage this might be the issue Fixed it!
