The basic strategy is to spam workers for cheap gathering and then build majors and play aggressively until the AI colony runs out of food. This speedrun does not work 25% of the time, when the AI colony decides to harvest from the plants directly south of their nest. If you see them doing so, simply restart the level for better rng.
