A walk through the foggy railroad

What's the best way to make use of a foggy and rainy Saturday morning? There are plenty of options, but I chose a walk through the mist along an active railroad. Just for the record, this line is not abandoned and trains still pass through about once an hour. With careful timing and close attention, I got to enjoy roughly 15 minutes of atmospheric, rain-soaked railroad scenery. Have you ever walked by live railroad tracks?
