The home itself is impressive. At the time of filming, it was priced around $949,000 and offered approximately 4,397 square feet, 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a 3-car garage, a huge backyard, home office, media room, multiple living areas and tons of storage. But this is exactly why I tell buyers not to choose a new construction home based only on the floor plan or lot size. This particular 74' lot is located close to Ramble's future amenity center. That's convenient, but it could also mean additional traffic and vehicles parking nearby on busy amenity days. There's also a retaining wall in the front yard that may or may not bother you depending on your preferences. On the positive side, the backyard is huge. There's room for a pool, trampoline, playset, pickup football and potentially an expanded patio. Ramble also offers 74' and 84' lots, with future 1-acre homesites discussed during the tour. I also cover Ramble's amenities, including the 18-acre lake, planned fitness centers, pool, workspace, walking trails and the overall development happening throughout the community. If you're comparing new construction homes in Celina TX, don't just compare the house. Look at the exact homesite, traffic, orientation, nearby amenities, usable yard and future development around the property.
