Bragy's Retro Ramblings: How to Boot into Swiss with GCMCE (NO MODDED WII REQUIRED)

This is longest Retro Ramblings I've done, mainly because of the gameplay and process. I've made this since every time I saw videos booting into swiss you see a moddded wii so decided to do a more easier way. That and use The GCMCE Aka Flipper MCE, and use a Splinter cell save exploit.
