Mooli paratha

North Indian stuffed flatbread made from whole wheat flour (atta) and a spiced white radish (mooli) filling. A quintessential winter favorite across Punjab and the rest of India, it is traditionally cooked on a hot griddle (tawa) with generous amounts of ghee or oil until it develops a beautifully crisp, golden-brown, and flaky exterior.
