Jelle 5 - More confidence building & dealing with fear

I can't take Jelle, a 5-year-old Friesian stallion, forward in any kind of education until he is no longer living in fear of humans. Quietly, specifically, and respectfully, i need to build trust and confidence in him that he is safe with me and other humans
