What Are You Trusting More Than God? | Micah 5:10–15

What might God need to remove from your life so you can depend more completely on Him? In Micah 5:10–15, God confronts His people’s false security, divided loyalties, and spiritual counterfeits. Their horses, chariots, and fortifications had become sources of confidence that belonged in God alone. Today, we can place that same misplaced trust in money, careers, relationships, reputation, plans—even ministry success. In this Bible study, we explore three challenging truths: • Anything we trust more than God can become a substitute for God. • God demands our exclusive allegiance. • God’s grace should never cause us to minimize His holiness. God’s work through us is connected to His work within us. We may want Him to use us, but are we willing to let Him change us?
