Scanderbeide - An Arbëresh journey beyond borders.

A story born from one culture. A journey shared by all. Rooted in Arbëresh heritage, Scanderbeide is a contemporary performance that transcends borders, languages and traditions. Inspired by La Scanderbeide, the epic poem by Margherita Sarrocchi, the performance weaves together music, poetry and Arbëresh voices to create an immersive journey through love, struggle, memory and identity. More than a story to be understood, Scanderbeide is an experience to be felt. An exploration of how the cultural memory of one community can become a universal language, connecting past and present, tradition and contemporary artistic expression.
