"The Jolly Caballero"(Frosini) - a virtuoso performance by Leo Aquino

It's interesting to listen to different interpretations of even the most "overperformed" accordion compositions. Frosini's "Jolly Caballero" has always been a 'marquis' selection in the original accordion repertoire & Leo makes it even more interesting with his own embellishments throughout. This is also one of the few recordings in which he does a bellows shake. It's one of Leo's earliest recordings & reflects his earlier exhibitionistic style which eventually evolved into the more subtle & sensitive style of his later recordings.
