Yamaha XJ900f Ep7 - Mikuni BS36 Carburettor strip down

In this episode I strip the carb bank for ultrasonic cleaning and to assess the components inside the carbs for reuse or replacement. Some issues along the way...stuck float pins, broken float post, stuck air mixture screws to name a few! Most issues can be resolved and parts salvaged but some new components will need ordering before a complete rebuild, set and balance can be done.
