Easy USB Upgrade for My Indian Challenger | No Drilling Required!

Upgrading the 12V power socket on my 2021 Indian Challenger Dark Horse was easier than I expected! In this video, I'm replacing the factory 12-volt cigarette lighter-style socket inside my saddlebag with a new VANONE 4-Port USB Quick Charge Socket. The best part? NO DRILLING REQUIRED! The new USB socket fit right into the original factory opening! 🔧 WHAT I INSTALLED: 2 USB-C charging ports 2 USB-A Quick Charge 3.0 ports Built-in LED voltage display Blue illuminated ports No drilling or permanent modifications to the saddlebag 🔌 CUSTOM JUMPER WIRE ADAPTER: One thing I had to do was make my own jumper wire adapter because the new USB socket uses two standard spade connectors that don't directly match the factory wiring connector. Instead of cutting or splicing into my Indian Challenger's original wiring harness, I made a custom jumper to connect the new USB socket to the existing factory wiring. This allowed me to keep the original wiring intact and makes it easier to return to the factory setup if I ever want to. 🏍️ WHAT YOU'LL SEE: Removing the original 12V socket Making a custom jumper wire adapter Connecting the new USB charging socket Installing it into the original factory opening The finished USB upgrade inside the saddlebag Now I have four convenient USB charging ports for my phone, camera equipment, and other accessories! ⚠️ IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTE: Always verify positive and negative polarity with a multimeter before connecting electrical accessories. Use properly sized wiring and connectors, secure and insulate all connections, and retain the factory circuit protection. The no-drill installation worked on my 2021 Indian Challenger Dark Horse.
