The Years Don’t Ask Permission – John Creek | Americana Country Rock (Official Audio)

“The Years Don’t Ask Permission” by John Creek is a warm Americana country rock song about time moving on whether we’re ready or not — and choosing to make something good out of the years still ahead. With a weathered male baritone, acoustic guitar, Telecaster, pedal steel, Hammond organ and a driving organic rhythm, the song mixes humor, experience and a little hard-earned perspective. Half-finished projects, an old jacket that doesn’t fit quite like it used to, gray in the mirror and knees that predict the weather — but John Creek isn’t finished yet. 🎵 Artist: John Creek 🎵 Song: The Years Don’t Ask Permission 🎵 Genre: Americana / Country Rock 🎵 Songbird Creek Country Rock “The years don’t ask permission So I won’t ask them either.” Subscribe for more original music from John Creek, Bridget Lane and Songbird Creek Country Rock.
