Long time no see everyone! How have you been lately? 🤍
I might be planning a trip back home soon, and recently I’ve been busy with lots of little things and a very hectic work schedule.
With the New Year coming up, I made two dishes using shrimp paste — light, healthy, and super delicious 🦐✨
In the evening, I painted a little horse 🎨🐎
Hopefully the new year will be full of energy and momentum — galloping forward together!

Shrimp-Stuffed Chicken Wings 🍗🦐
Ingredients
Chicken wings
Shrimp paste
Garlic, minced
Oyster sauce
Light soy sauce
Dark soy sauce
Black pepper
Salt
Cola
Honey
🧑🍳Instructions
1.Cut off both ends of the chicken wings and carefully remove the bones, keeping the wings intact.
2.Stuff the wings with shrimp paste and set aside.
3.In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, black pepper, salt, and a splash of cola. Mix well.
4.Marinate the stuffed chicken wings for 10 minutes.
5.Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Bake the wings for 20 minutes.
6.Brush a layer of honey on top, then return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes until golden and glossy.

Cheesy Shrimp Balls 🧀🦐
Ingredients
Shrimp paste
Cheese (cubed or shredded)
Cornstarch
Egg, beaten
Breadcrumbs
Ketchup
Mayonnaise
🧑🍳Instructions
1.Wrap cheese inside the shrimp paste and shape into bite-sized balls.
2.Coat each ball in cornstarch, then dip into the beaten egg, and finally roll in breadcrumbs.
3.Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
4.Remove from the oven and drizzle with ketchup and mayonnaise.
5.Serve hot and enjoy the crispy outside with a gooey cheesy center! 🤍✨
