How to get Meditite in Pokemon Emerald (ACE Outbreak Method)

Demonstrating how to get Meditite in Pokemon Emerald without using cheats or 3rd party devices. This can be done on the physical copy of the game on a gameboy or DS, and on emulators. To get Meditite you can trade it to Emerald, or you can perform glitches that allow ACE (arbitrary code execution) to spawn the Mirage Island, and another couple of codes to make Meditite spawn on the island!
