In “Two Men Went To Church,” Pastor Joshua Kennon continues the series Parables: Stories From the Master with Jesus’ parable of the Pharisee and the tax collector in Luke 18:9–14. Two men went to the temple to pray. One came confident in his religious record. The other came with nothing to offer but a plea for mercy. Jesus says only one went home justified before God.
