Beachy Head is a famous chalk headland in East Sussex, England, located just west of Eastbourne. It features the highest chalk sea cliff in Britain, rising 162 meters (531 feet) above the sea, and is known for its striking red-and-white striped lighthouse and panoramic English Channel views. Formed from soft white chalk dating back up to 100 million years, the cliffs continually change due to wave erosion and storms. The striking landscape has appeared in major movies like Harry Potter, James Bond, and Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves.
