The Unlikely Donor That Saved Our Sea Fox

After losing the lower unit on our 2001 Sea Fox 185 DC, we had to figure out how to get the boat back on the water without turning it into a major project. The answer ended up coming from an unlikely donor — a 2008 90 hp E-TEC. The lower unit was a fit, so we swapped it over, got everything back together, and headed out for a proper test run toward Pointy Beach. In this video, we take a look at what happened, make the repair, and finally get the Sea Fox back where it belongs. Another little project from here in Newfoundland.
