Praying through Matthew 5

Praying through Matthew — Sunday, August 30 Join us for a special morning of worship and prayer as we reflect together on Matthew chapter 5 and Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount. Rather than our usual Sunday service format, we’ll spend the morning moving through several themes from Jesus’ teaching, with times of worship, Scripture, and prayer woven throughout. Those joining us in person will gather in small groups throughout the sanctuary for prayer. If you’re joining us online, we invite you to participate from wherever you are, using each prayer theme as an opportunity to pause, listen, and pray along with us. Because prayer will be happening in smaller groups throughout the room, you may not be able to see or hear every prayer, but you can still enter into the same time of worship and prayer with us. We’ll close our morning together by celebrating Communion.
