Here are a couple of the big numbers: 📉 *Barrie detached homes:* The average price fell from $1,092,000 in February 2022 to $789,940 in the latest figures discussed in this video—a drop of approximately 28%. 📉 *Simcoe County detached homes:* The average price fell from $1,006,432 to $768,850—a decline of approximately 24%. We’ll also look at some current listings, power-of-sale properties, and the financial pressure some homeowners are facing after buying near the market peak. Finally, I’ll review the latest real estate statistics for Barrie and the surrounding areas to see what’s happening with prices and sales.
