I spent 9 days solo in Krabi, Thailand and honestly, I feel like Krabi is one of those places where you don't have to do too much to have a good time.
I started the trip with Phi Phi Islands, then went around Hong Islands, Railay Beach, and a few other places. There were days when I was out all day, going from one island to another, swimming, kayaking, walking around and basically trying to fit as much as I could into one day.
But then there were also days when I just wanted to slow down with no itinerary and no rushing into the next place. Just walking around, finding somewhere to eat, getting a 7-Eleven run, sitting by the beach, watching the sunset and enjoying the hotel view.
And I think that's what I really liked about Krabi. You can make it as adventurous or as slow as you want. One day you're out on a boat exploring islands, and the next day you can literally just walk around and do nothing while giving you the same amount of happiness.
So this is what my 9 days in Krabi looked like, a little bit of adventure, a little bit of slow living, and a lot of walking around with no real plan.
If you're planning a solo trip to Krabi or just looking for somewhere that lets you do both adventure and slow living, hopefully this vlog gives you a little idea of what it's like.
See you on my next departure ✈️

A big shoutout to @ririRegine because she was actually the first person who influenced me to go to Krabi. I remember watching her Krabi vlog while doing my morning walk on the treadmill, and I kept thinking, “okay, I really need to go here.” And now I’m doing the exact same thing again, walking on my treadmill, but this time watching my own Krabi vlog. Riri, your way of capturing things and your eye for a shot is amazing, and it genuinely inspired me to make one for myself too. So thank you for unknowingly being one of the reasons I ended up going to Krabi and eventually making this little vlog of my own.
