That alone puts it well below the replacement cost of a smartphone out of contract, making it a good choice for kids who are likely to lose or damage their devices. It performs exceptionally well, easily outpacing other phones at the price point and putting it close to where many of the flagship phones are at. The screen is nice with a high 405 ppi pixel density, the battery life is superb, and it also functions well as a phone :). My only complaints are the amount of junk loaded on the phone, and the rather lackluster camera. But for the price there are always a few trade-offs to be had.
