My Real Reason for Moving to the UK | Work Experience to International Student

Leaving a 4-year digital marketing career in Mumbai to start over at 30 as an international student in the UK wasn't an easy decision. In this candid vlog, I walk around the University of Hertfordshire (Hatfield campus) on my 30th birthday and share the real, unfiltered story behind my move to London. From dealing with agency politics, getting asked to resign, and enduring 9 months of painful unemployment, to securing an education loan without traditional collateral and boarding my first international flight—this is my honest journey from working professional to UK Master's student. Whether you're stuck in corporate burnout, considering a career gap, or researching studying in the UK after work experience, I hope my story gives you the clarity to take your next leap! 📌 CHAPTERS & TIMESTAMPS: 00:00 - Introduction & University of Hertfordshire Campus Walk 03:31 - BMM Graduation & Early SEO Career in Mumbai 06:15 - 4 Years at Advertising Agency & Office Politics 12:20 - Sudden Resignation & Serving Notice Period 14:57 - 9 Months Jobless: The Grind, Rejections & Upskilling 19:10 - Rebuilding Confidence: Working at SEEPZ Mumbai 21:38 - Am I Too Old?
