A Short Summer Ride on the Moto Guzzi California II

I finally had a day off, so I took the Moto Guzzi California II out for a four‑hour ride through the higher mountain areas a bit away from home. The route I had planned was closed for construction, so I switched to a different road and connected a few backroads, ending up with a short 200 km loop. During the summer, when temperatures climb above 30°C, I remove the large touring screen and use a modified universal wind deflector above the headlight. It lets enough air through to keep the ride comfortable in the heat. A simple ride, but a satisfying one.
