[H40 | Clandestium Gloriana] Infantry Lasgun merchant tries a new weapon (400+ special/elite kills)

Recently decided to update my weapon tier list that I PROMISE will be coming soon. The video itself will be quite short only covering the new stuff and any significant updates to the rankings of already existing weapons. However a whole ass google doc will be made alongside it going over weapons that I have already talked about in the past in a "relatively" simple to understand layout. Spoiler alert: This game is starting to suffer heavily from a bad case of "Powercreep" And I still refuse to put effort into the thumbnail.
