Scale Model Animation: Adding life to a layout

This video accompanies the corresponding article in the May, 2014 issue of Railroad Model Craftsman Magazine.This covers a range of approaches for sequencing and controlling scale model animations, from simple repetitive operations, to sophisticated control, coordination, and synchronization of light, motion, and sound. While it is oriented towards railroad modeling, these techniques are applicable to any model or scale.
