Fix your game riot. Runes are not customizable.. 90% of ADCs run Lethal Tempo.

I've ranted about this so many times over the years and it is because the role has been on a decline since 2017 when they got rid of the original talent and rune system. There was nothing wrong it besides the fact that the runes and pages costed a ton of influence points (now blue essence) so people were forced to buy them with IRL money. They promised us a new reworked system with this crazy customization that allowed endless possibilities and personality with rune choices which was false. Everything has been nerfed to the ground, changed or removed completely since it's release. If anything is remotely fun.. IMMEDIATELY gets nerfed or removed. So like what is the point ? Speaking for my role, 90% of ADCs just take Lethal Tempo because everything else is trash. The only reason the other runes are taken is because its a niche champion specific rune and even then most of those champions suck.. wonder why.
