Entrepreneurial Parenting – Thank You, Parents!

A heartfelt thank you to all the parents who took time to attend today’s session on Entrepreneurial Mindset. 🙏 The central thought of today’s conversation was simple: Every child need not become an Entrepreneur, but every child needs an Entrepreneurial Mindset. Our children may become Doctors, Engineers, CAs, Teachers, Scientists, IAS Officers, Artists or Entrepreneurs. Whatever profession they choose, they should learn to think independently, identify problems, find solutions, communicate confidently, handle failure, understand money and create value. We also discussed some very practical parenting habits—asking “What do you think?” more often, not solving every problem for our children, treating failure as learning rather than an excuse, teaching the basics of cost, price and profit, encouraging children to use technology to create rather than only consume, and celebrating curiosity, initiative and creation along with marks. And now, it is time to turn this mindset into a real experience! 🚀 4th November – Espalier Student Entrepreneurship Platform Our students will identify an idea → create a product/service → calculate costs → build a brand → market → sell to real customers → understand profit/loss → learn and improve. Parents, please Guide, Encourage and Support them—but let the journey belong to the child. Support Them. Don’t Do It For Them. If there is one thought I would like every parent to take home from today, it is: Don’t Decide Their Profession. Develop Their Mindset.
