The Native Plant Project is pleased to welcome ethnobotanist Benito Treviño, Jr. as the featured guest speaker for this month’s meeting. In his show-and-tell style presentation, Benito describes the way the indigenous peoples lived off the land in South Texas for centuries. He will cover edible and medicinal plants, as well as plants used for fiber and fun.
