The conference was attended by central and provincial leaders as well as a large gathering of people. During the conference, former MPA Jhang Maulana Masroor Nawaz Jhangvi announced that he would end his differences with the organization and continue under the leadership of Qaid-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat Allama Muhammad Ahmad Ludhianvi.
