Here are my picks from Power Level 1 to 9, covering one-handed and two-handed melee, ranged weapons and magic. I’ve used these weapons in combat and looked at more than the damage number: combos, special attacks, perks, stamina costs and how useful each weapon feels when you actually reach that stage of the game.
