Cessna 182 - Orientation (part 2)

Exploration is one of the main reasons I encourage pilots to fly the Cessna 182 - "Skylane," known for its legendary reliability, safety record, and capable performance. In this video I fly from Auburn (KAUN) to Richfield (KRIF), Utah for a fuel stop, then one more leg to Steamboat Springs (KSBS) over mountainous and high plateau terrain. Power to climb, a constant-speed propeller, and speed set it apart from the Cessna 172. I also discuss the Garmin 430W, ADS-B (automatic dependent surveillance - broadcast) equipment.
