Rebuilding a Team with ONLY SCRUBS??? (Under 15 PPG Wheel Spin)

Props to danny2k of course but today I spun a random wheel to draft my entire team, but there was a massive catch: EVERY SINGLE player on the wheel has NEVER averaged more than 15 PPG in their career.
