Blessed Rainy Day | Picnic, Good Food & swimming | 2026

Blessed Rainy Day, or Thruebab, is a special day in Bhutan. It marks the end of the rainy season and the beginning of the harvest season. It is also believed that the natural waters are blessed on this day, and taking a bath in them symbolically washes away negativity and brings good health, happiness and blessings.
