🎵 Stream the modern gospel remake, "Uro (The Clay Pot)" (Reimagined), by Hardcore Mero! Originally composed by Charlie Tongia from Gabagaba village, this beloved Motu hymn serves as Track 08 in our special 10-part Gospel Series dedicated to honoring the Lord. Using rich acoustic textures, modern atmospheric pads, warm basslines, and traditional Motuan backing harmonies, this remake brings fresh life to a timeless spiritual message. Sung in Motu, "Uro" ("The Clay Pot") draws directly from the vision of Jeremiah 18:1-6 and Isaiah 64:8. It paints a comforting picture of God as the divine Potter who takes our brokenness, removes our impurities ("emui dika ibou diai baina koki goeva goeva"), and reshapes us into a brand-new creation ("ha mata-mata mui lou").
