JC Delacruz - Andaluzia Sunset (Spiritual Awakenings 01) (2023) #organichouse #ethnichouse #djmix

Spiritual Awakenings Series brings a new path to electronic music, a journey into into the world heritage cultures and music. The first episode brings 1 hour of Arabic and Middle Eastern sounds with some south spanish tradicional elements like flamenco and the spanish guitar, its called "Andaluzia Sunset". It is believed that the name Al-Andalus, Arabic for "Country of the Vandals," was originally applied to the entire Iberian Peninsula by the Muslim. The arrival of Muslims from North Africa in the Iberian Peninsula in the 8th century, and their settlement in the region for over 700 years, led it to become a focal point for cultural and technological enrichment in the heart of medieval Europe, introducing the decimal number system to the Western world: the 9 numerals were used in Muslim Spain (Al-Andalus) from the 10th century.
