Bengaluru to Coorg Travel Vlog | Golden Temple, Coffee Plantation & Raja’s Seat in Coorg | Episode 1

Our Karnataka journey begins! ✈️🌿 In Episode 1 of our Bengaluru & Coorg Travel Series, we travel from Vadodara to Bengaluru, land at Bengaluru Airport and begin our journey towards the beautiful hills of Coorg (Kodagu), Karnataka. And this was only the beginning. Our first day takes us through a wonderful mix of travel, Tibetan culture, coffee plantations, mountain views and a beautiful resort stay. ✈️ VADODARA → BENGALURU The journey begins in Vadodara, Gujarat, as we board our flight towards Bengaluru. After reaching Bengaluru Airport, our Coorg adventure officially begins. From the busy airport environment, we head towards the green landscapes of Karnataka and make our way towards Coorg. 🛕 NAMDROLING MONASTERY — GOLDEN TEMPLE One of our first major experiences is Namdroling Monastery at Bylakuppe, popularly known as the Golden Temple of Coorg. The colourful Tibetan Buddhist architecture, magnificent golden statues and peaceful atmosphere make this one of the most fascinating places to experience around Coorg. It was a completely different side of Karnataka — and one that we were excited to explore. ☕ MOUNTAIN VIEW COFFEE PLANTATION From the monastery, our journey continues into the lush landscapes of Coorg. We visit a mountain-view coffee plantation, surrounded by the greenery and hills that make Kodagu famous. For us, this wasn't simply about seeing a coffee plantation. It was about slowing down and experiencing the landscape that makes Coorg such a special destination. 🏡 IBNI SPRING CHALET RESORT After exploring the day, we head to our stay at Ibni Spring Chalet Resort in Coorg. Surrounded by greenery and beautiful natural landscapes, the resort becomes our base for experiencing Coorg. After a day of travelling and exploring, this was the perfect opportunity to slow down and enjoy the peaceful side of the hills. 🌄 RAJA'S SEAT, COORG And before our first day comes to an end, we visit one of Coorg's well-known viewpoints — Raja's Seat. With its sweeping views of the surrounding hills and valleys, it is a beautiful place to experience the landscape of Coorg. And standing there, looking across the hills, it finally felt like… our Coorg journey had truly begun. 🌿 THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING This is Episode 1 of our Bengaluru & Coorg Travel Series, and there is much more to come.
