Minecraft but Jumping Enchants Items

In today's challenge, I added a custom twist to Minecraft: every time I jump, a random item in my inventory gets an enchantment! The catch? These enchantments are completely broken and can stack all the way up to level 255. Even crazier, if an enchantment doesn't match the item I'm holding, I instantly gain its power as an effect—giving me permanent Water Breathing, Fire Resistance, and Haste 3 just for existing!
