What to see in Seattle with limited time: My few hours in the largest city in Washington State

Join me on a dash around Seattle, Washington on my short stopover. I'll visit a cool market, eat a very American breakfast, visit the original Starbucks coffee shop, ride a monorail above the streets of downtown and head to the top of the city's 1960s Googie masterpiece.
