In this full-length history documentary, we follow the Templars from beginning to end: ⚔️ Guardians of the road – pilgrims, bandits and a handful of knights who took a vow to protect them. ⛪ Monks with swords – the Rule, the black-and-white banner, prayer in cold chapels and a simple life of bread and lentils. 🏰 An order across Europe – farms, castles and commanderies supplying the war in the East. 🌊 Acre and Cyprus – the last great Crusader city, the siege, and the retreat across the sea. 👑 The fall – the arrests in France, the trials, the crowds before Notre-Dame and the island in the Seine. 📜 The Chinon Parchment – the forgotten document that changed how history judges the Templars.
