This is Muar Kun Seng Keng Dragon and Lion Dance (麻坡關聖宫龍獅團紅隊) acrobatic high pole lion dance performance at Bangsar Village, Kuala Lumpur on the 6th February 2022 in conjunction with the Lunar New Year 2022 of the Water Tiger. In this performance, 2 lion heads carried out the opening performance. Then the two lion heads performed the acrobatic performance separately on the high poles to the beating of the drums by leaping and balancing amongst the poles. At the end of the performance, they dismounted the high poles in dramatic fashion. Then the performers went into the audience seating area and interacted with them. Finally the performers carried out the closing act according to the traditional customs and left the stage in an orderly manner. This video is published at the YouTube online video platform.
