New Zealand indie-rock artist Evie Bamford welcomed spring with the release of her six-track debut EP Now Rising, Now Falling on 1 September, six intricately arranged indie-rock songs exploring anxiety, self-worth, relationships and resilience. ‘Your Girl’ serves as the focus track, rounding off the EP by returning to the refrain in the opening song. To celebrate the release, Evie Bamford performs this chamber ensemble version of ‘Your Girl,’ offering a different interpretation of the song to complement the studio recording.
