GWR full journey Bristol Temple Meads to London Paddington 11/10/2022

After doing the Severn Beach line yesterday, I managed to return home to London Paddington from Bristol Temple Meads onboard AT300 800311 operating the 1401 to London Paddington headcode 1A23 calling at Bath Spa, Chippenham, Swindon, Didcot Parkway, Reading and London Paddington. Sorry for saying "this is Swindon" at Chippenham. Fortunately (or unfortunately because I didn't know how awful the first class catering was), I didn't get a Seatfrog upgrade for the journey back to London Paddington. Oyster cards are not valid on this train. Contactless pay as you go is valid but only between Paddington and Reading. Seatfrog is very popular, isn't it ‪@TessaCurtis-b9u‬? Either way, GWR onboard upgrades range from £15 to £70 during the week, or £15 to £45 on weekends, although I didn't know about that back then, or because upgrading onboard was probably the difference back then, like with Avanti and LNER, both of which have better onboard catering that isn't as good as Pullman Dining on some GWR services.
