This local Phuket restaurant has quietly become one of my budget favourites over the last five years. It’s not a tourist restaurant, and that’s exactly why I wanted to make this video. Tucked away on a residential estate, this is the kind of place that many expats, long-stay visitors, and locals rely on for affordable, freshly cooked Thai food. After my first attempt at filming ended with no audio, I came back because this restaurant deserved a second chance.
