Trainz custom content #1: trainzforge SP GS-4 #4446 (but in a skyline casing and deskirted)

Note: don't mind my voice and don’t mind the background noise So, I cloned the SP GS-4 #4449 (trainzforge) and I took some .tga files from the SP GS-6 #4466 but I renumber the numbers into 4446 and also I gave the model I made to ‪@NickTheBS4Nightrider‬ and he deskirted and move the number boarding to a skyline casing ‪@Trainboy_3952‬
