Phoebe is finally here in Wuthering Waves 2.1, and I had no idea what to expect! After skipping the closed beta and avoiding leaks, I went in completely blind. In this video, I share my first impressions of Phoebe, her playstyle, strengths, and weaknesses, and whether you should pull for her or skip to save for Brant, Zani, or future reruns. I also break down Phoebe’s kit, her best team comps, and her overall viability, especially if you already have Jinhsi.
