ello and welcome back to yet another episode of our Nihon no Madoguchi Podcast! With today's episode we start a diptich that may very well be the conclusion of our English recordings, as we will probably concentrate only in producing Japanese episodes. As such we decided to leave you with a topic dear to our hearts, Japanese music. As you may have told by the introudction, this will be a two-parter such is the amount of things that we want to share with you! Both Marty and Domo came into contact with Japanese through anime, and by proxy to Japanese music. Once became proeficient they both expanded their musical horizons, however as today is a talk about beginnings we will be focusing on the very first contacts with Japanese music. Worth of mention is also the second half of this very episode that is dedicated to considerations about the impact of localizing Anime's opening songs and BGM and the real impact such modifications can have to the approach of the viewer with this media.
